Wake the phone
Unlock the screen. On Android, check that NFC is switched on if your phone provides that setting.
Your first tap
Your CAMRONIX NFC product is programmed for the link you supplied. A compatible phone can open it without a CAMRONIX app.
Unlock the screen. On Android, check that NFC is switched on if your phone provides that setting.
Bring the phone’s NFC reading area close to the product’s front face and hold it still briefly. Antenna placement varies, so try moving the phone slowly across the face.
Tap the link notification when it appears. The phone needs an internet connection to load the destination website.
A little help
Check that your phone supports NFC tag reading. Unlock it, close the camera or payment screen, and try again. Move a thick case or attached wallet away from the reading area. If it still does not respond, email us your phone model and order number.
Metal can interfere with an NFC tag’s antenna. Tap the front face; if reading is unreliable, lift the tile away from the metal and try again. A magnetic attachment does not guarantee NFC will read through every metal surface.
The tag has been read. Check your internet connection and try opening the destination directly in your browser. A private profile, removed page, or changed username may need attention on the destination service.
Email CAMRONIX with your order number and the new destination. We can help determine whether the tag needs reprogramming or whether you can update the existing linked page. Keep your tag rewritable; permanently locking it prevents later link changes.
Keep the PLA body away from high heat, hot car interiors, and dishwashers. Wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Contact us if the enclosure or attached hardware becomes damaged.
