Production and proofs

Custom production begins only after you approve the digital proof and quoted price. Please verify names, contact information, artwork placement, colors, and the NFC destination before approval. Small variations inherent to 3D printing are not defects.

Changes, cancellation, and refunds

Contact CAMRONIX promptly if an order must change. An unstarted order may be cancelled and refunded. Once designing or printing has begun, CAMRONIX will review whether the item can still be changed, cancelled, or resold before approving a refund. A cancellation is not complete until confirmed. Payment refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Problems with an item

Custom products are generally not returnable for preference changes. If an item is damaged, materially differs from its approved proof, or has a defective NFC function, contact CAMRONIX with the order number and a photo so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

UF-campus hand delivery

CAMRONIX currently fulfills purchases through scheduled hand delivery around the University of Florida campus. The checkout shows the meeting location and the time you should arrive. CAMRONIX reserves travel time from Springs Complex, a five-minute handoff, and return travel. No student verification or student discount is involved. If either party cannot attend, the meeting should be rescheduled through the contact information in the order confirmation.

Tax and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable tax is calculated during checkout according to the tax configuration and the location information supplied for the transaction. CAMRONIX does not store full card numbers.

Information CAMRONIX collects

CAMRONIX stores order and quote details needed for payment, customization, production, support, and hand delivery. This may include your name, email, optional phone number, NFC destination, meeting selection, notes, and uploaded artwork. The storefront also records limited page, product, cart, checkout, traffic-source, and device-category events using a random browser identifier. Public worker link profiles record page views and button clicks for that profile’s private analytics.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to operate CAMRONIX, prevent abuse, understand product interest, complete orders, and provide support. Relevant information may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payment and tax, and Resend for transactional email. It is not sold. Authorized workers receive only the information their assigned duties require.

Retention and security

Completed order records are retained for business, support, and legal needs. Abandoned checkout details, temporary reservations, security attempts, and detailed analytics are removed on shorter schedules. CAMRONIX uses restricted staff accounts, secure cookies, audit records, encrypted transport, and private administrative controls. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information CAMRONIX holds about you or request correction or deletion where retention is not required. Clearing browser storage creates a new analytics identifier. Browser privacy controls may also limit local storage. Requests should include enough order information to confirm identity without sending card details.
